You can clearly see that residual waste has dropped a lot compared with when paper cup trays were still used.

Almost all major events in the Netherlands no longer use paper trays.

We actively offer the Original Cupkeeper to events, including custom logos for both NNRD and the event, which strengthens collaboration.

People genuinely like it. It fits easily in your pocket, and you can easily carry six drinks with it.

One of our first real waste-reduction steps, about ten years ago, was introducing the Cupkeeper.

We eventually moved to the Cupkeeper as an alternative; it stays reusable, and you never see them lying around.

If you compare the festival site today to ten years ago, you barely see any litter on the ground now.

The Cupkeepers we use today are compact, durable, and sturdy, and I rarely see them on the ground.

You can also see that many returning visitors bring their own Cupkeeper each year.

I have even seen our Cupkeepers at football matches. In September I spotted many of them there, including several with the Rock Werchter logo.

Having the logo on it is useful. When people keep it at home, it reminds them of the festival, and they still keep using it.
